As we celebrate this wonderful season, I would like to take a moment to offer a sincere “Thank you” to each and every person who has taken the time to read my health e-letters. You have truly made this year an exceptional one for me, because one of my greatest joys in life is helping people improve their health. I genuinely hope that you have benefitted from what you have read and have been able to use some of it to improve your health.

One of my goals as a physician has always been to provide people with information that could enhance their health and improve their lives. Judging by your warm and enthusiastic responses, these newsletters are achieving that purpose. Here are some examples:

I really enjoy reading your articles, they not only offer natural remedies, which are so much healthier for us, but are written so the layperson can understand them. I also read an article about GMO’s by you and you were so “on track.” Thank you!
Judy G.

Excellent information!!! There is always useful nutritional guidance presented in a manner that is easily understood.
Eric H.

Great info on so many different remedies, Doctor. Thanks so much!
Lewis B.

Great work, Dr. Connealy! I find your newsletters very informative.
Bob H.

I consider readers like you, who take the time to offer appreciation and gratitude, to be a true gift and I am forever grateful for your support and encouragement. Good health is one of the greatest gifts there is. Hopefully, these newsletters have given you practical tools to build a solid – and very healthy – foundation, one that we will be building on during the year ahead.

No matter how you celebrate the holiday season, I hope it is filled with wonderful moments to cherish during the year to come. One thing I know I’ll be celebrating this season is my good fortune to have readers like you. I could not ask for more.

So here’s to your health, this year and for many years to come!
