Don’t give up! High blood pressure medication is not the only answer. Try adding some meditation to your ordinary routine. Meditation is a wonderful activity that you can use anywhere to achieve a calming effect.
You should also never underestimate the power of sleep.
Because this is such a common and complicated problem, I’m working on a comprehensive report on naturally lowering blood pressure without medication. So, keep an eye out for that!
