Banana, papaya, chamomile, and ginger are all soothing to the stomach. If you’d like a bit of sweetness, try adding a teaspoon of honey or a few drops of stevia.
- 2 to 3 chamomile tea bags
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup low-fat milk (may substitute almond, rice, or hemp milk)
- 1 ripe organic banana
- 1 cup cubed papaya
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
