Too often, symptoms like weight gain, carbohydrate and sweet cravings, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, high blood pressure, repeated colds, and memory problems are viewed as isolated issues. However, if you connect the dots, you might find that stress is the real culprit behind your symptoms.

Directions:

Boil enough fresh, pure water to fill an eight-ounce cup. Steep a bag of chamomile or green tea in the water for five minutes. When the tea has cooled a bit, stir in a teaspoon or two of raw honey to take advantage of the natural antioxidants and other beneficial substances.
